At Camp Snap, we want you to capture every moment with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your screen-free camera, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include the charging cable to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the request process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Camp Snap camera and accessories in the original box to ensure the internal hardware is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
